Mind blown....

Hello all. Back at it. This time a cosmetic issue that is mind blowing.

So. My 91 750 has a headlight that is not lining up right. (Picture below)

I have replaced the bracket that holds it into place as it can not be adjusted.. (more pictures below)

It can not be mounted incorrectly since it holds the mirrors and the fairings in many spots. All the fairings mount to the body with no issue so its not the fairings. Could the headlight be from thw wrong year giving it the wrong pitch?

I immediately see what appears to be bends in your mainframe/fairing bracket.

Your upper fairing bracket is solely responsible for headlight alignment as well as upper fairing fitment.
I suspect your fairing bracket is the problem from what I see initially.

I think I would take off the upper and the main frame and try fitting it all together off the bike. See whats really going on.
I have seen warped main frames sent brand new before from shipping mishap.

Wonder what the chance is, that this bracket is upside down?

Does your upper only bolt to the top of the main frame?
If it bolts to top and bottom that probably wouldn't be it, but if it does......
