2001 gsxr 1000 what is it worth ?

Hey guy's i have a friend who is lookin at a gsxr 1000 that belongs to a guy who bought it from a guy who hardly rode it and sat for a long time before he bought it from him, he stated he replaced the gas tank and fuel pump, he also said it was leakin gas from the fuel pump or 1 of the screws that holds the fuel pump on, for as cosmetic it needs a front fairing that goes around the headlight, it needs a tail light, crack in the tail piece but it can be fixed, needs both new tires, bike only has 14,000 miles and it has a clear title, he stated it will need a tune up and oil change, what do you'll think the bike is worth for as what i have described so far to you'll, Thx

If there is nothing major wrong with it, thats a good price. 2001 Suzuki GSX-R1000
4-Cylinder
4-Stroke

Trade-In Value (Good Condition) $4285 Trade-in Value is what consumers can expect to receive from a dealer for a trade-in unit assuming an accurate appraisal of condition. This value will likely be less than you would receive from a private party sale because the reselling dealer incurs the cost of safety inspections, reconditioning and other costs of doing business. Trade-in values are based on clean units in good condition, with all original standard equipment. Mileage/condition and additional equipment may have a substantial impact on the value shown above. Retail value is $6,200.00 in excellent condition.....
