How is your riding style?

I'm unsure what you mean. If you're asking if I haul ass everywhere and weave in and out of traffic that would be a no.

Yes, that was the general question. I know people like to goof off and that is not how I like to ride. Do you know anywhere fun to ride around you? Maybe I can tag along with you for a ride or two. I wouldn't be against it.

A good question would be "How many times have you run from the police this month?"

How is the change from up north to FL?

Not down there permanent yet. Still up north but given a couple weeks it will be permanent. Been back and forth multiple times either looking for a house or apartment or trailering the bike/stuff down.

The area is much nicer in FL from where I am at right now. It was 70 degrees down there a couple weeks ago. Flew back north, it was 30.

I am on guard all the time when on the bike. Can't trust anyone but myself when on it.

There aren't too many "twisty" roads any where close to Tampa. Actually, there aren't any. The closest thing to fun is up in Brooksville, and even further up towards Ocala. Ozello Trail is a fun ride and completely abnormal for Florida roads; the down side is the road dead ends so the cops just sit at the beginning and wait for you to come back out.

Around Tampa are straight roads and on/off ramps.

If you haven't already, check out Tampasportbikes.com. It's a local forum but pretty slow in terms of postings. Also look at the Facebook Tampa Sport bike groups, they're much more active.

Welcome to the Bay area!
