Proper form and techniques

Does anyone know of some good videos or links that may help direct me on my form and/proper riding techniques? I have been wanting to attend a riding school as well, would anyone object to this idea, or do you think they are worth it? I was planning on setting up my gopro to record some of my riding and see where I am compared to what is "correct" and find out what I can work on to become a smoother and better rider. I really appreciate any input.
Thanks!

So far, recommendations:

That was my prize for winning BOTM. Mod for a day experience at GSXR.com headquarters and a throttle control seminar by The Man himself. Changed my life...and the way I walk.

The TOTW videos are great for info, an experienced rider leading & following helps too.
