Thumbs down Arai Helmets Phone Number

Does anyone have a number for them? Their website doesn't have one and I emailing them a few times with no result. For some quality helmets their customer service sucks

If you go the website araiamericas.com and create and account, you can fill out a service ticket. When I dropped my Hayes rep. last year they got back in less than 12 hours. Sorted out and got me the parts I needed all while they were moving office locations. Hope this helps.

Sorry that is what I meant by emailing them twice...I have sent 2 service tickets in and no responce. I don't know what is up with them, because I have never had this much trouble before.

Thanks JohnPaulGixxer, hopefully one of their numbers will work.

Called them and got everything fixed...as long as they do it right this time They ordered the part that I needed and cancelled the online order.

Apparently there has been some problems with their online store, so if anyone else has ordered in the last month, you may want to contact them to see if they even got your order.
