I am wondering if there are any girls out there from Phoenix, AZ. Right now I ride with my husband and his buddies but am getting sick of all the testosterone. Do any of you girls live in AZ and need another fellow girl to ride with? :) It kinda goes without saying because of the website and my login but I ride a Gixxer an 05 600.

Hi. I'm Suzanne. A friend sent me to this site to check something out and I came across your post. I don't ride a gsxr, but I ride an SV650, and love to try to keep up with my friends gixxer. I live here in Phoenix, goto MMI, and would love another female to be able to ride with. Send me a message if you ever want to go.

Hey, thanks for writing. I was beginning to think that I was the only girl rider in AZ. How could that be? I went for a ride today with my husband up to Tortilla Flatts and all I ever see is girls on the back.
How long have you been riding? I recently got my license and love the feeling of freedom. Why more girls don't ride, I don't know. Do you ride around town or go out of the city?
I love on the East side, maybe we could hook up. As I said before, getting sick of testosterone. :)

Hey. I have been riding for about a year. I see a few girls every now and then. But mostly when I am in my jeep. I saw a chick on a B-last last week, and there is a girl that I see often on Thunderbird on a Ninja 250.
I am wanting to ride to South Mountain and Tortilla Flats, but I wont go alone. Although my SV did make a trip to South Mountain yesterday, just not with me commandeering it. I am close to I17 and Thunderbird, but I am ok to ride where ever.
I am totally with you and the testosterone. I have one female friend at school who has a rebal 450 (I dont think she ever rides it), the rest are guys, and Nick is the only one with something faster than me.
Let me know if you ever what to ride.

Living in the NW valley makes sense with going to MMI. I am guessing that you are taking the Suzuki course. Anything else though? My husband graduated MMI several years ago in Yamaha and Suzuki. I am amazed how much I have learned from him. I love tinkering on my bike with him. Although it doesn't need much. He rides the 1000 in the photo.
It's funny that you say you saw a girl on a Blast. That is what my husband made me start out on. Something with no power and can't go fast. I hated riding with him and his friends at that time. They would leave me in the dust. He has made me work my way up to the Gixxer. As much as I didn't like it, I know he was right.
We are planning a ride through Yarnel soon, are you interested?

Where is Yarnel? If I have a few days notice and can make arraingements that would be great!
I am taking Honda and Suzuki, although I am now torn. I want to drop Suzuki and add BMW, but I am not sure about Honda now. I don't really care for Harleys, but there is money to be had there, but I dont want to do that and then have to take crap because I refuse to ride them and show up on my SV. I am really hoping that Ducati gets added to the list. If so I am there. Screw everything else and give me Ducati!!!
I wanted to start out on a Ninja 250, and my ex got a Kanotuna and I took off on it one day not knowing what it was and when I got back he said "you still want a 250?" I said of course "anything bigger, and I wouldn't be able to handle it". His reply " you just took off on a 600 Suzanne." So I practice on it. It wasnt nice and it was ok to drop a few times. Until I saved up enough to get my SV. Man I love her. 90 degrees between my knees. YEAH! (I am still slow though)
Let me know about Yarnel.
