are you a female? for a guy running a 52 in the 1/4 mile that is slow. My girl runs pro track and field and she is a sprinter (60m, 100m 200m) and she runs a high 52 and that isn't her race at all.

LoL Im not a 400 runner tho, I run the 800.. i kno my 400 time sucks but u'd be surprsed how many people coldnt break a minute lol... My 800 time is 2:00 last season and that was enough to get me thiiiiiiiiis close to states.

I know the times are all in the 1:55 and down area... Im aimin for a 1:54/3 ish time this year. As long as i get to states im happy lol

That is at Bremerton Washington. Not bad but their are a lot of guys running 9.0x's and 9.1x's with out wheelie bars. Also some guys with bars running high 7's.

Nope. To go to states is a personal goal, im doing it to stay in shape before i apply at the Fire Acdademy.

Unfazed, Coming from someone who is a state certified firefighter/NREMT-B take as you want but you if you are plannning on going through the fire academy you need to start packing on some beef. Your going to have a hard time packed up and running 150 ft hotel pack up 3 flights of stairs, Shit the gear and hose you'll be wearing will out weigh you.... :hmmm:

He just graduated from the Miami-Dade Academy late summer.. Class 105 i think, anyways, im in the gym EVERDAY and workin on putting on muscle cuz honestly, its near impossible for me to put on bulk. And i dont plan on takin anything to help me get bulk. I got some time though. I plan on taking the EMS and EMT and Paramedics courses on my own and get state certified. And from there hopefully go straight into the Department. Around here, having your paramedics makes you as good as hired, meaning i wont have to wait on that 2million person long waiting list for the academy/department. I might hit u up in Pms though so i dont thread jack anymore than i have and prob u for information O_o

That could be a fast bike with a better set up and a better rider. Just my .02
