98 GSXR 600 friend of mine bought this bike, thinking he could make the switch from dirt, to street without thinking twice. 2 days he's wheeling, running from POPO! Did pretty good, for a rookie. All my warnings to him..Some little lady reversing out of her driveway, He's wheeling down this small street, see's her at the last second, let's it go, the bike should got the gold at the Olympics for floor show, it was amazing. Get this, the lady's car never even got hit. my buddy got a strawberry, on his right hit and a little sore. I got a 98 GSXR 600 for: $75.00 towing fee $200.00 clean tiltle and wrecked bike $1200.00 worth of parts off ebay. For some reason he says he will stick to dirt!! I'm in Reno, NV all the way on the other side of the country. Nice score on the bike, did you have to replace the frame? it looks like you had to in the pic but hard to tell.

shoulda contacted me a week ago i just sold a mint complete factory set of 1st gen SRAD fairings. $600 shipped

replaced: Frame air box speedo/ bracket ram air tubes gas tank handle bars radiator levers shifter Had the wheels and forks checked. Still need headlights, and upper fairing got basically everything else, Oh tires need them asap! if anybody has some used, but still good let me know Does anyone know if these are makuni carbs??
