Tony BerryZgixxeR 04-26-2006, 05:15 PM A friend of mine died a little over a week ago. He choked on food that he was eating when he passed out. He had Crones (sp?) disease and took sleeping medicine. They think he was on that medicine and couldn't wake up when he started choking.

I'm not exactly sure but I know it's a stomach/intestenal disease. It's bad and can kill you. I know it causes a lot of pain sometimes and serious cramps. Other than that I really don't know. jog 05-04-2006, 12:05 PM It's actually spelled Crohn's disease. It's an inflammatory intestinal disease, no cure only prescription pills for a lifetime. It's not fatal, the pain will be way too great before it kills you and you'll be hospitalized. It's really tough to deal with but goes through periods of remission. Definitely requires a lifestyle/diet change.
