damnit, anyone know any nice place with twisted + no lights? causef0rconcern 05-14-2006, 10:23 PM i avoid essex/bergen counties at all costs. crazy drivers, traffic lights, potholes, and not one curve. come down to somerset/hunterdon counties...we've got plenty of gorgous roads, a bunch just got freshly paved...but you better be able to hang ... mr_cox 05-15-2006, 01:02 AM i heard route 21 north is the cloest thing to a track :headscrat killa 05-15-2006, 04:19 AM noway, like the man said, to many cars, poholes, etc. , etc.......
Rt 21 swings you from Newark to P town, but you better be able to avoid the popo on there!! they always sit on there!! Best bet is south Jersey, by the other guy who posted, or up north by me.
Check out my vids in the vids and pics area, you can see some crazy twisties!! Or search my posts!!
good luck, any turn you hit down here, watch out around the other side for cars!!!

The thing is I need something that won't scare her that she may actually be able to lean on. She likes the highway but barely reaches the speed limit. I think the track is out of the question. What's the best way to inspire confidence in her? killa 05-19-2006, 09:33 AM start her in the parking lot, then head to roads where there is no traffic, no stops at hill stops, easy learning areas. My wife is also at the parking lot level. Last year i started her on the Quad, and now on the dirt bike. She has been to the parking lot twice now, but never on the road. Not yet.
My 8 year old rides his 96 KX60 better than her. But that's because we both have selective hearing with each other. :laughingr
The areas up rt 23 past butler and west milford, are easy riding, not to many lights, nice roads, and less traffic. Head up that way and she will thank you.
You will also like em! good luck

I think she's past parking lot level. Maybe I can get one of you guys to ride with us one day. I guess it's hard to describe where she's at; I think she can do it she just needs a little more confidence and a safe riding environment. I know if I try and take her to a parking lot she'll feel insulted. killa 05-19-2006, 10:15 AM next nice day, ride on up. I never have a problem giving some pointers, or showing you some nice safe roads. I have like 3 girls that i ride with, they have all been at your wife's level, they can come out with us, and make her feel more comfortable. We don't want you insulting her, i know from my wife where that leads! :funny:
Anytime, give a shout.
I will PM you my #'s.
