hmmm.. for every moto accident that i see there is always "traveling at a high rate of speed" can they just state the approximate speed that the bike is going? RIP

well im sure if they asked the driver who decided to make a left hand turn with out making sure the road was clear of course the motorcyclist was traveling at a high rate of speed

he was going about 70 or so hittin a wheelie.... the guy in the truck pulled all the way over from the right lane to the left(last second i guess) and hit him.... he was let go because his dad was a cop and the kid on the bike was driving "reckless".... its still a fuckin shame

thats true.... that sucks. Good Ole' Boyzzzzz system, it's all over the south. Have friends people, or make a lot of money and have your own attorney, you'll 99.9% win. Cops/Troopers are biased.
