I know Summit Point has Race training but is there somewhere else in Maryland/West Virginia that has training for sport bike riders.
I have ridden for years but have stepped up to a litre bike and would like to get some lessons from a real pro...
Any ideas...
I would even be interested in some actual classes. I am a good rider but I would love to learn how to ride even better. Im in Delaware so anything within the tri-state area would be good for me.

This is the link to the Racetraining at Summit Point.
I don't really want to do "race training".
I don't have full leathers, I ride with Joe Rocket gear jacket and pants.
It looks like in this area this training is all the options I have and very few dates...

Sparky,
Just look at the Race training as advanced street training! Dont let the word race scare you off you'd probally have a shit load of fun.

I wouldn't mind the Race training environment as much as I can't really justify buying a set of leathers to do it.
Thanks

The leathers I have but to go to MARRC school I just found out that Suzuki GSX-R's must have engine covers replaced by heavy duty ones. That's 200 bucks, plus I need to buy and mount a catch can, stands (which I need to get soon anyway), and get all kinds of ather shit done to my bike. I think I'm gonna wait a year or two and buy me a track bike. I'm not trying to convert shit back and forth everytime I got to the track. I sounds like hella fun but it's a pain in the ass getting started.

I hear ya, I was going to get into Cowboy shooting but it also is a lot of money to just get all the equipment.
I am looking into this as advanced training to start.

While it is not a track it does concentrate on cornering and other skills while at slower speeds the corners are tight so you still get the experience... Many other skills taught also.
