any good painter in san diego

anyone good at painting I want to paint my bike and frame flat black but I dont want to spend a whole lot for it. So is anyone here good at painting (no runs or overspray) I want it to look good and I can do all of the prep work I just need a little help on what needs to be done.

If you don't mind taking it to a mexican then this shop Sunset AutoBody on El Cajon Blvd., dude is a good painter and cheap!

I dont care who they are as long as they are good and will back their shit up if something goes wrong.
