Woke up this morning and bike was gone. :2hard Have been riding it to work all week, it's been 85 and sunny, got all gear on turned on mp3 player key in hand and no bike!! I was pissed. :2hard Called local PD, cop was actually pretty cool, turns out he knew the guy I bought the bike from, (another cop, friend of mine). He took all my info, then surprisingly called back one hour later, no shit 63 minutes, I was counting. Turns out an older couple just down the street called in, there was a bike in there driveway and they don't know where it came from. I ran down to the adress he gave me on the phone and started going over my ride. bike was on the kickstand with no visible damage. Ended up riding it to work today, everything seems okay. I try not to be too stupid, always garage bike, forgot one time. DO NOT LOOK AWAY FROM YOUR BIKE. I got real REAL lucky. Anyways bike goes in for scorpion install at local bike shop next week and to local SUZUKI dealer next week also just to make sure everythings okay. The only thing the F*(K BAGS got was my joe rocket gloves, my deductible is 500.00 though probably just have to buy a new pair, insurance guys giving me 30 days to find anything wrong. Oh yeah shoei was on bike in driveway, and with bike when found. Neighbors remember seeing it in driveway @ 11:30pm when I woke up @ 5:30 it was gone WORST FEELING EVER, I'll post some pics of bike taken last week. http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h74/ksmack_2006/gsxrpics/s300043.jpg http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h74/ksmack_2006/gsxrpics/s300039.jpg http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h74/ksmack_2006/gsxrpics/s300043.jpg

Youre so lucky dude. But I agree, set the bike out, turn off the lights and sit in the window with a rifle.

Damn i would have had a heart attack if i don't wake up to see my bike in the garage. Luckily you got yours back. Be more cautious and never slip up with garaging your bike
