ok third time we're getting into this argument.... my opinion: NOT THE GUYS FAULT. HE DID NOT PUT A GUN TO HER HEAD. SHE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HER OWN ACTIONS. HE DID NOT POP THAT WHEELIE WITHOUT HER AGREEMENT (i think). SHE LET GO. K?

I see where you're coming from, and that yes she should know that getting on a bike in the first place is dangerous, but I still feel that stunting with someone on the back is fairly irresponsible. She did look like she let go, but it also looked to me like she wasn't really expecting it either.

HE DID NOT POP THAT WHEELIE WITHOUT HER AGREEMENT (i think). SHE LET GO. K? No you are 100% WRONG (IMO). He is the driver and CHOISES who rides and who doesn't. If he saw she didn't have the right gear then you don't allow her on the bike. Maybe she was uneducated (like many) about motorcycle safety. Many people still to this day ask me why I wear a coat in the summer. Thinking that a jacket is just for warmth and not safety. If you get in a car with a drunk driver and crash and didn’t know the guy was drunk ( uneducated) then can you not sue because you choose to get in the car ? Whenever operating a vehicle you are reasonable for everyone else in that vehicle

If you have a passenger you are responsible for that passenger, to make sure they are safe and protected. God forbid if your in full leathers, and you got a passenger with just a t-shirt on and you crash. She can sue you. It has happened in the past. Theres a rule of thumb, you should know it or learn it now, but if you have a passenger they should be protected just as well as you, if not better. Because it is your ass. Don't believe me? Its happened all the time. Talk to some insurance people regarding this...do a search, maybe you've heard stories from friends with experiences like this or your Motorcycle Instructor coulda told you. Just like how if you have a passenger and do something stupid that causes you to crash and hurt your passenger. You can be charged or sued. Same thing with a car. It has happened. (Oh yea, i'm refering to U.S. laws, sorry FuZioN forgot your were Canadian!)
