CrazychicRCCE 09-18-2006, 11:28 AM OK! So if you didn't know I got my first bike the other day and we have had it taken ALL apart trying to fix somethings and take the nitrous off. I have always rode with my boyfriend and we have stunted on his bike. I was raised around 4 wheelers and dirt bikes. So I kinda figured a street bike wouldn't be any different....BOY WAS I WRONG! We got it out last night after fixing it and we thought it would be good idea not to put any of the plastic on just in case I dropped it. My boyfriend tested it out to see if it was ok after being lowered and everything. Then he went with me on it to make sure I was ok. Then it was my turn. I took it down the street and back. I had it set in my mind THIS WASN'T FOR ME! After a few more times riding it back and forth, almost dropping it twice in the driveway and putting a huge mark on my leg I found out I LOVED IT! I can't wait to ride it today! Just wanted to share a little joy in my life! I didn't understand it was going to be a lot harder moving the handle bars and leaning when your the one driving!
Valhalla 09-18-2006, 11:37 AM congrats and welcome to the site/riding world.
Sarsoorasherif 09-18-2006, 12:05 PM When I first started I had the same thought in my head, I thought I just wasn't meant for riding, but it grew on me and I'm in love with my bike. lol. You'll get addicted quick. Have tons of fun and be safe!:D

CrazychicRCCE 09-22-2006, 09:52 AM Hey guys! It's been a couple of days and I got to ride the past two. We got a few more parts and we are going to put the bike together with the plastic all on it. I almost dropped it yesterday and I rode a little wheelie on accident. It was so funny. It kinda freaked me out though. I have all of the plastic off now and it looks like I bought it for $5.00. I have to get a shorter kickstand. Does anyone know where I can find one at? ~ Crazychic
Lyte- 09-22-2006, 12:36 PM hahaha i remember when i did my first unplanned wheelie it freaked me out also:thumbup:

I know how you feel, I just got my first sportbike a couple of weeks ago and I have been dying to ride it more....it rains alot in WA. I almost dropped mine the day I got it because I was so excited to finally have my bike. I get out whenever I can, when the clouds split for a second or two. It has been really cool, the looks I get because I'm a chic on GSXR. I had no idea there were so many other female riders........not on cruisers.
