That is the guy from gixxer.com. He posted pics of his bike on there and the damage. Couldnt that be considered the vans fault because there was no signal or was there a double yellow line? Anyway, glad he is alright and the damage didnt look too bad for the type of accident it was.

Actually, he described it as the street turns to the left and the street that the other rider went to had the stop sign. The Lexus was only following the lines of the road. He just ran outta road. Wrong place and time man...Sucks too. His bike had a nice flame job to it too. At least he was able to walk away from this one too.

yea, the actual road turned sharp left so the van wasnt required to give a turnsignal. Just one of those times when your buddy passes on a solid yellow and everyone else feels they have a obligation to follow. Been there done that... yea, that was actually fast for that van in the curve. looked like he was doing about 50 or so. There is one frame that you can barley see the speed limit sign under the sharp curve sign. It appears to be a 35mph speed zone due to the curve. You can only see it in the one frame if you pause it.

I finally had to tell her to find a short pier and take a long walk. She just kept on and on about how I was a sorry piece of shit and how I didn't know what retarded people went through. I had to tell the stupid bitch that not only did I have a cousin who I used to keep sometimes that was retarded but I also used to volunteer at my local elementary school with the disabled and slow childrens class. I friggin volunteered, that means I did it on my own without pay. I would get up early to go and do this while I was at a community college. I didn't get shit out of it except knowing that I was helping the kids. I scheduled my classes so I could do it. I would do it now if I had time. The nerve of some people. It's the reason I don't judge people because not many people know I did things like that even when I was young and dumb.
