www.suzuki.ca, you'll find the retail prices in ontario here, ofcoarse you can always find something about lower depending on where you go

That is still high. I find most bike shops have their prices way up there, close to the MRSP. If you go directly through Suzuki, you can a new GSXR750 for about $10,900 canadian

Looks like even after the pst and gst and after U.S conversion, it'll more be more or less the same amount out the door. My '06 ginxter600 here in Sacramento, CA was at $11K out the door. I got a freebie HJC helmet for free and a discount card with the purchase. So maybe to make it worth it, ask them to throw in a free matching helmet. Hope this helps.

Now not being in Ontario or out west I don't know what the old supply/demand ratio is- but out east the dealers attitude seems to be MSRP or get lost, I tried to barter a bit with my '06 but was basically told that he would just sell it to someone else who would pay MSRP. The only way to get a better deal (on a new bike) was to pay cash, which helped me a bit on it..

is that 10500 US or Canadian :hmmm: That is Canadian, but as of right now they are 9,999$ 9,999$ CND = 7,800$ US 9,999 is before 6 percent tax also

Even if you don't have cash but if you have a loan from another bank like Capital One Blank Check motorcycle loan, you can use this as bargaining as well. Going through finance with the dealer is more as a convenience. But if you walk in with either cash or a loan from another bank, it's as good as cash; you have the upper hand.
