8 Second Busa...

So... in Vegas there were some pretty quick bikes.. and then there were some fking fast bikes... example: Turbo Busa (http://www.flaweddreams.com/videos/vegas054.wmv) As you probably can guess, I lost to this guy :fu:

I have seen an 8 second Nomally aspirated Busa......... now THAT is pimp. Guy claimed it was not running quite right that night either

Don't think that they will see the 5 second mark We do have low low 8 second bikes N/A in Texas 7 second busas as well

well they said that about bikes doing 185 in the quater mile long ago now they do it. We will have to wait and see huh. But be nice too see. I am not possitive I think their are some highly modified Busa's doing 6's

Are you serious??? Busa bikes been round for a while If you need some proof get at me or say you need it i can show you better than tell you

A street bike will not get into six I am sure Busa with arm long will get into 6 of course anything possible 600 hp busa can't pull 5 seconds on stock arm though Person about Turbo on bike..... The record right now is Barry Henson 7.25 seconds at 200.17 MPH ! This is on a street legal tubo busa. These are also with restrictions on turbo size and no intercooler. Their are tubo busas with over 700hp out their, but you can only get around 500hp to stick on a street legal busa.

The guy who went 254 in the mazton mile rides his on the street, and I think it is in the 600-700 HP range, stock wheelbase, stock body. Jsut lowered i think.

No Their are Busa's out thier running around 550 or better on the Street. Their are plenty of +500hp busas that are driven on the street the guy that does over 700hp rides his on the street too. He just turns it down a bit. I said that you can only get about 500hp to STICK on the drag strip. I would like to see some one try to get 600 or 700 hp to stick on the drag strip. It aint going to happen on a street legal busa.

My neighbor races and customizes bikes. The busa they took to houston last week ran a 7.92 at 188 mph. It has a turbo and nos on it although i think he said the nos is used to keep the turbo consistant?

i once did a complete 360 degree rotation on a barstool,under heavy sedation just under 8.86 seconds. took me approx another 30 seconds to make the room stop spinning though. :headshake

I'm not sure if that was his or not....i this was about 22nd of april and those times didn't match up...i think he was saying there best was a 7.92 at 188, but that did look similar to his( it is silver)
