I'll be there. I'd like to try that 193 route, I haven't been on it yet. I woulda saw it last weekend if John didn't decide to wreck his shit on Rainbow bridge.

you guys are CRAZY. its so cold up in the mountains. I just had a friend wreck out at Lake Berryesa 3 weeks ago and its hindered my winter riding for now. The fear of black ice is instilled in me. Once spring hits i'm there with the mountain rides but until then, im going to stick to the streets =)

last weekend sat and sunday went out that way for a ride at about 1:30 it was 65 out and my bike was running perfect at 169 temp and i wasnt cold or hot in leathers and jeans and there wear dozens of bikes out so to each his own i guess plus we wont be riding anywhere near where ur friend crashed lol

Which Sunrise exit? North side of Highway 50, right? I might hook up with you guys if I'm in the area. I've been making the loop of I-80 to 49, to Salmon Falls Road, back to Highway 50 the last couple weekends - basically the same route backwards. The weather is perfectly fine for riding, at least in the afternoon, as long as it isn't raining.

you can take it from 49 to roseville or rocklin area
