I mean it is definately something that could be fixed. All of this fairing damage s from the previous owner so I don't know what the hell he did to it. I will need a left fairings because there is actual pieces chipped off of it but for the front cowl there is a 3" crack on the front and some rash. The tail has a coupl small cracks. The only reason I asked is because I am not familiar with bondo and things like that, nevere used it before. If you have any info or products that worked well that would be greatly appreciated.

well we have been doing a lot of plastic repair to my bike... there is a differance; is it PLASTIC? or FIBERGLASS? there are differant methods for each. i have been doing work on the street plastics, there is a special pastic resin, it works just like fiberglass. i was having problems with the fiberglass bonding... thats why we got the special stuff for plastic...

if you guys (and girls) want to know how to repair plastic get this book: How to Repair Plastic Bodywork by Kurt Lammon. I just bought it from amazon a while back and havent had a chance to read all of it, but thumbing through it, it looks great. How to identify and repair different plastics etc. If you want to get serious about repairing some broken plastics you should probbly check it out.
