My 06' carbon fiber 600

Finally i have a nice day to take some pics of my bike. Upgrades include: full carbon fiber bodywork, Gilles tooling rearsets, power commander PCIII usb, 6300k HID lighting system. Damn that's a lot of carbon fiber.... hope you have your recipts and would be able to claim it all on your insurance if god forbid anything happened to it. I can't imagine all that being cheap

Thanks for the imput guys, what exhaust do you think i should get for it. I am leaning toward the taylor made but i want to do one on each side...?????? let me know what you all think. The HID system is a phillips system and i dunno who made the bulb, and yes i have the reciepts for the carbon. It is a custom kit from OPP racing and it was about $2,000. I have the front vented carbon fiber front fender but havent put it on yet. Does anyone know if a turbo kit is made for a 600???

Buy a liter, problem solved. Also, personally unless you do track racing, carbon is useless and ugly when not painted in my opinion. I'd rather waste $2,000 on performance I will use.

http://www.turbobikeresearch.com/ I don't even have a bike but I'm considering a 600 for a project bike and this site came to mind. I think there are others out there but these guys seem good. Even have a video for an earlier 600 w/ a turbo. Very nice.

for what you paid on the carbon, the hid, the wheels and the turbo kit you could have gotten a 1k and did all the same shit except the turbo, saving yourself that money which would have probably been about the same..

But hey, turbo that thing man, that would be sick, anybody can buy a litre, but to make a 600 as fast as a litre would be sick!

How much 4 the carbon plastics? Sebimoto upper is just over $800.00 - the lower, just over $300.00. that should give you an idea...

For anyone wanting to know why I didn't just opt for the liter bike, I felt as though it was too much for me... guess my balls arnt big enough yet. lol. Anyway I just read in cycleworld that theres a liter that makes 220bhp and its not even turbo'd. I think that i am going to work on the engine just like they did and scare some 1000's. I just figured out my finances and am going to be buying a 750 for my daily rider and turn my 600 into a 150-200bhp centerfold worthy racer. Keep postin and giving me imput and i'll keep updating the thread.

come to think of it there was a turbo'd 600RR that made over 200mph. If anyone remembers what company put it on the salt flats lemme know, cause they might have some info on how to beef up the engine.

And the tail section has me concerned... hopefully they (OPP) can do stock tail light cut outs. I can get the blue painted over the CF to make the tail look like the pic. let me know what you guys think - sorry if this is a thread hijack =/

I didnt end up cutting out the carbon fiber tail piece for the stock tail lights and turn signals because the guy who helped me out works for boeing on carbon fiber defense satellites and he said that it would be hard as f*ck if not impossible. Since i paid almost $300 for the tail piece i didnt want to mess it up. You could probably get a professional bodywork place to do it and if they mess up then make sure that they buy you a new one. I would do some kind of fender eliminator like i did. If you get the CF from OPP pm me and i'll send you some pics of some tricks that will make it easy cause there was a lot of custom cutting, thread setting, bracket making and adjusting...When you talk to OPP, PATRICK is the only one you should talk to casue he was the one who got my stuff done and taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks for the compliments, good luck, it will be nice to see another CF bike on the streets.
