junior636 04-09-2007, 05:35 PM I have had a few crashes and would have thought it would be a lot worse than that if you were going 90 mph! That passenger peg is bent up quite nicely though, I feel your pain on the road rash, get well soon!
Murph 04-09-2007, 06:48 PM Why didnt you just stay in second gear with the wheelie and hit BP? Shifting gears is just gonna make you go faster with giving it more throttle to keep the wheel up, plus no one can see you doing a wheelie going 90 mph, hope you get the bike fixed my man.
Seangeerdes 04-10-2007, 01:26 PM http://i142.photobucket.com/albums/r100/seangeerdes/roadrash1.jpg

swes2006 04-15-2007, 03:46 AM glad to see your lright ...is this your 1st fall..? did you have full coverage for your bike?
mrwiggs 04-15-2007, 06:39 AM put polysporin on it every night, take a light shower in the morning with no rubbing or soap, let it air dry and leave it for an hour or so then put the polysporin on it again, cover with a solid strand pad "not cottin" and tape. Repet for a week streight and you'll be amazed!
ps, it gets really icky and slimy.
Headache 04-15-2007, 07:42 AM I say cot damn that has to hurt like hell...Man, take your time getting back on the bike to let your body do it job and heal up.. Glad your around to let us know what happened.

Seangeerdes 04-23-2007, 03:37 PM so i found out today i need a screw in my wrist or i lose the use of my wrist forever, which also means i couldnt ride. plus this surgery is 5000$ and i have nothing and no insurance.........
knghthwk 04-23-2007, 04:11 PM Damn dude holy crap what are you going to do? I hope everything works out for yeah, call me if you need help with anything if you still have my number.
GixxerGuru87 04-23-2007, 04:39 PM damn bro thats some serious ass road rash
DDJFLW 04-23-2007, 05:09 PM Wow is all i gotta say. Sad part is...this is an excellent lesson to all that doesnt wear their gear doing stunts or even riding around town. I have a question though...why would you take your jacket off to go eat? I wear atleast my jacket and helmet everywhere i go. Thats rash must really hurt. Dont bandage any wounds...let them scab. I'll heal faster. Also use Vitamin C i think and rub them on your rash...it'll help keep the scar'ing down. This is why i dont ride wheelies...no insurance = you play you pay. Good luck with the recovery.

wearing a jacket wouldnt save my wrist tho.
DDJFLW 04-24-2007, 08:33 PM wearing a jacket wouldnt save my wrist tho. No but saves on the rash at that speed...rather have broken wrist then road rash like you have. I'm not trying to preach...i learned the hard way myself a while back...but was nothing compared to what you got.
Seangeerdes 05-11-2007, 01:38 PM post screw and bone graft surgery
