...ain't too precious any more. http://oklahomaspeed.com/pics/Picture%20110.JPG http://OklahomaSpeed.com/pics/Picture%20106.JPG http://oklahomaspeed.com/pics/Picture%20112.JPG Long story short: Too Much Lean + Cold Tires + Damp Road = :headshake From what I can see up close the neck and the forks don't seem tweaked, but it probably is for the front rim to be touching the fairing like that. I'm just hoping it's only one and not both. I've found a local Computrack that said they'd do it for $500. If it's only the forks that're bent, I'd probably have to dish out the same amount to get my spare set revalve/resprung. Other then that, I pretty much have all the parts to put her back together. Luckily when I bought the bike, the previous own gave me tons of spares. For now, I'm just gonna put on a race upper w/ my Yosh fairing stay and hope I don't get pulled over for not having headlights and mirrors. I'll probably get those when I find a good deal on ebay or if not, I'll just it that way and run the track only.

Man that sucks, I'm sorry to say but your frame is bent by the neck. I had an exact same crash last year. And now my wheel base is 1 inch short. The forks are a lot stronger than the frame is. it looks like an easy fixer for GMDcomputrack. They might have to redo your bairings too. I had mine done and frame straightened for 800 dollars at GMD in Atlanta. Below is a pick from my new roller barings which are a lot better than the stock ones. Due to the frame being so light weight now days they bent very easy. Your forks are a lot stronger. They look alright to me my be your lower triple clamp might need some straightening. I see you have a california model with the canister.

Wow, that sucks. I messed my bike up to weeks ago. Now we both get to have the fun of rebuilding our bikes.

yeah, it hurts seeing her like that. i just got done stripping her down for the frame man. here's what's going into the garbage: http://OklahomaSpeed.com/pics/P1060933.JPG and here are the parts I had laying that's gonna be used to revive her. only other thing i need is a yoshi mid pipe and right ram tube. i actually need a stock upper, headlight, and fairing stay to be legal on the street, but i'll be broke for awhile after the i get the frame fixed. oh well, as long as she's rideable. i'll keep you guys updated w/ the progress. thanks. http://OklahomaSpeed.com/pics/P1070937.JPG

I had the front tire tuck and lowsided in a right hander. The bike slid into the side of a mountain and spun around into a little ditch. Thank God there was no oncoming traffic. I'm extremely luck to be walking away w/ just a bruised on my theigh. Wear your leathers! The front end was in like a million pieces. I'm guessing it was the impact w/ the mountain that destroyed it like so.

Where are you getting the frame checked? I've called everyone around me and no one wants the liability.

http://www.gmdcomputrack.com/ You should try finding the nearest one to you. The one I've found isn't yet listed because the shop isn't open yet, but they did have a computrack set up. As for the liability issues, I'm not sure about that one. Do they have to see your bike to be say that or is that just something they tell all people w/ bent frames? I'm not sure if mine is fixable yet, so they're gonna measure it first and take a look it. Good luck.
