Found this on another site, Seems all are not the bikers fault. spkerhed 05-14-2007, 12:21 AM That vid leaves you speechless and makes you realize how vulnerable we are cagers just don’t see us H0useofz 05-14-2007, 12:28 AM wow this really hits you deep tuctowngsxr 05-14-2007, 01:03 AM wow, that shit was sad when the dude lowsided coming on the onramp and than got run over naked 05-14-2007, 01:50 AM yeah personally I don't do Nolan helmets, I mean look at casey Stoner, they're just not good for you. Andy 05-14-2007, 07:08 AM Ride within your limits. The throttle knows no mercy. All that is to blame in the end is yourself. So all in all, there's nothing to fear but fear itself. This compilation of human error can and will cause you your life, but we can do more to prevent the inevitable.
I love riding. I live to ride and ride to live. I will never give up riding. Ever. This video shows and depicts that accidents can be minimize or avoided if we take the initiation to ride within our limits. Always wear the best and overall protection as possible.
I admit, there are times in blazing heat that I am not at all tolerate to wear a leather jacket, but at the very least, there will be at least a back protector over a t-shirt, and if riding without gear, you can bet my judement will be maximize at all times. Point is, ride within your limits, ( just as the case the rider in the vid tries to make a twisty going on the On ramp, and slides and gets run over!) that is avoidable. PERIOD.
Another rider slams into a deer!, somewhat unavoidable, BUT a slower speed might have lessen the damage. somehow probably both the deer and the rider in critical condition.
Anyways, enough, ranting. I'm out. 04gixxer600 05-14-2007, 07:19 AM yeah everytime i ride i atleast almost get hit a few times by some cager. namm 05-14-2007, 08:08 AM Well made video, kind of gets to you.
Seeing some jackass cager run a redlight pisses me off. splymale 05-14-2007, 03:17 PM Ride within your limits. The throttle knows no mercy. All that is to blame in the end is yourself. So what you're trying to say is....any time someone wrecks it's automatically their falt? I dont think that your riding limit has anything to do with someone running a red light or a deer running out of the woods. Maybe if that guy were going faster he would have been beside the guy that made it passed the deer... I had a wreck that wasn't my fault, I was going about 50mph around a somewhat blind curve and there was an oncoming car in my lane, so I hit the ditch to avoid it. That has nothin to do with my riding, I guess if I were inexperienced maybe I would have hit the car but I still would've wrecked. My point is, sometimes shit happens and theres not much you can do about it. I also say to ride within your limits but, that's not going to stop accidents from happening.:) :) motomike96 05-14-2007, 04:11 PM This video really makes you think before you walk out your door without a jacket or helmet. It honestly kind of changed my outlook on gear from this video. I live in miami and I always use the its blistering hot excuse, but that is gonna stop now. So I guess I owe thanks to whoever made the video and to Shark for posting it. You might have just saved my hide so Thanks.
Mike Aaron00 05-14-2007, 04:16 PM It happens,
