OK I need some help. Here's the Deal. I Live in Ocala FL. Girlfriend Lives in Leesburg FL also where I work. It's about an hour drive to work everyday, it doesn't bother me I love driving (car) The problem. I'm thinking about taking a job at the hospital in Celebration FL. I think it's just south of Orlando. How far and long is the drive from there to Leesburg FL. I'm thinking about maybe moving half way between the 2 so that I'm close to work and the G/F. What are your thought of where to move to? Do you think this is going to mess-up the relationship; it’ll be long distance for about a year or 2 till we start thinking about getting married. The guy is driving down from Jacksonville (he's the big boss) to take me out to dinner to discuss the position tonight. It'll pay about $13k more then I'm making now. What do you think? Can I get alittle help where the best place to move to have the easiest and fastest route to both places? What's the fastest way to and from both work and Leesburg? I'm just trying to figure everything out before I say yes. I like to evaluate all the "if's" "and's", and "but's" before I take the job. Thanks

From Celebration to Leesburg, you are probably looking at 45 mins - 1 hour ride, all depends on the wonderful traffic we have hear in Central Florida.:thefinger The fastest route from Celebration to Leesburg, that I know of is the turnpike. Probably leave Celebration and take I-4 east to the turnpike, should only take 10-15 minutes and another 30 minutes or so to Leesburg. What kind of place are you looking to stay at? House?Condo?Apartments?

Celebration has some nice apartments and condos, but you will be paying top dollar for those. If you don't mind driving a little bit into Orlando, you can find some reasonably priced places, that are in good neighborhoods. But if you wanna stay halfway between your gf and work, I would say hit up the Clermont area.
