I thought it looked interesting the first time I saw it. I'm liking it a lot now after seeing one at the Suzuki tent at VIR over the weekend, it just looks tough... supposedly it's being made in limited numbers, I think I may have to drop $13K in the near future... damnit. http://www.cycleworld.com/assets/image/2007/Q1/030720071655358778.jpg http://www.cycleworld.com/article.asp?section_id=3&article_id=298

ive had my mind made up for a while on not buying another suzuki bike due to quality issues, but ive really been looking at this as an option recently.

ive had my mind made up for a while on not buying another suzuki bike due to quality issues, but ive really been looking at this as an option recently. ugh...I am getting sick of hearing about this. You want a lighter frame? It is going to take lighter alloys and hollowed metal which ALSO in turn makes it a little weaker. Also...if you are crashing into things at high speed or doing wheelies and coming down hard you are more than likely going to snap a frame. On the topic of the bike...that thing looks sick...looks like McFarlane helped design it. A little wide at the front though... http://www.cycleworld.com/assets/image/2007/Q1/030720071655352219.jpg

I think the 04-05 600 750's are the last tightly built bikes. After that the oil leaks and frame issues stated. the 04 1000's too were tight and strong.

Haha yeah. I have a K6 and it has never had a single problem. Its a race bike that has been crashed and is fine. Just like all the other dominant race bikes out there.

I think that thing is just butt ugly. If I was going to ride that i'd rather ride the Busa. Speaking from the pictures only of course. Some bikes look way better in person.

The exhaust looks like two jet pack starped to the back of it...the thought of that just scares me...

When I first read about the possibility of this bike coming out in 2008 I was really excited. I could definitely get into a 'busa powered standard/street fighter design. But then I saw the pictures... :headshake Personally I think they blew it with the looks, but we all have different preferences. If they'd lose the two traffic cones sticking out the back end, and the two giant ice scoops on the sides of the tank, then I might be more interested.

I dont like the exhausts either but if you take them away from the pic I like the lines of the frame and overall bike. But the stock exhausts are quite large and fugly.

meh...am i the only one that does really care for the way it looks? i think its fugly Your definatly not the only one. I think it looks horrible to say the least. And second, dont naked bikes supposed to be a tad cheaper than their fairing siblings???? Not sure why in the hell it costs more for. Dont get me wrong im sure it will haul ass and be a lot of fun. But sit it next to a Triumph speed triple, Brutale, or Ducati Monster S4R and this bike looks like a Turd

http://bikeintro.com/wp-content/bking.jpg you guys are wrong this bike is hot, only thing that might keep me from ever considering this bike is the price and busa power (too much for me on the street) but if i get over those things it might be a possibility

not my cup o tea at all......not much of a fan of naked bikes anyway. but really not this one. I like some of the naked bikes, but not this one.... I dont know maybe in person ill change my mind. I do know that I spend a lot of time defending the looks of GSXR's over other Japanese bikes when a lot of people call the GSXR's ugly. But Im not going to try and defend the B-king. Not to mention at 13,500 your up at Ducati level there and well I think I would take a 1098 over a B-king. But to each there own.

Dunno fellas the way I see it take a look at what has been happening, the older bikes have more fairing work seems that the newer the bike the less fairing they have anyways give it a year or two the B king still has to hit the streets and prove itself like anything new...... personally I think it's up there with Benelli in terms of looks ......only my opinion. But the bike has me interested and to say I was starting to look at a busa :hmmm:

Comes stock with Brembo calipers? That’s a plus why can’t they do that with the gsxrs. Don’t like naked bikes but my opinion is going to be judge with I see it in person.

I liked the King untill I sat on it at Laguna Seca. My knees hit the bottom of that wing on the tank and I'm not all that tall. This is what I want for a standard, just need to get it to the states http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v409/CBRS/GSX1400.jpg

i think it's ugly, but then again i felt the same about the nose on the new gsxr 1k and hated the head light but after seeing it in person, i wan't to get one, for some reason suzuki bikes dont look good on pics, but when you see it in person, you just wanna hump them :D

Got a chance to sit on a b-king on Sat. It is the widest, ugliest piece of transfomer looking crap, I have ever seen. What a waste of a good motor...

I heard it was supposed to have a limitated production run. That's the only way that Suzuki can sell what they produce of these things. I am not a big fan of either the price or the motorcycle.

I am going to test fit and test ride one.... if it's all good, I am in! :bike: (i have a badly messed up right knee & ankle from a MX accident 11 years back, and need something a bit more cumfy)

I think it's hideous. But I was talking to the guys at the dealer where I bought my 750 a few weeks ago. They have one there with the 2 bros. He said in 35 years of riding it was the most fun he's ever had on a bike. I'm still not sold though. I'll take a speed triple over the Bking anyday.
