Getting a bike has always been on my mind for quite some time now.
First, i need to get my license and actually learn how to ride. I plan to take a class when I have time. I just have a couple of questions so I know what i'm getting into.
I'm a light weight, so whats a good bike to start off with?
Also, is it difficult to learn??

Welcome!
Start with the MSF course then get a bike ASAP while it is fresh. I started on a Suzuki GS500F, nice to learn on, and not bad looking. Also get a used bike so when you drop it in the driveway, and you will drop it, you don't cry as hard as if it was new. I had only been on a dirt bike and four-wheeler maybe a dozen times before. If you have never had your own bike don't start with a GSXR. I worked on my skills for a while on the 500 then when I got board moved up. Keep us updated.

I started out on my GSXR 600 with my only experienc ebeing once around hte block on my buddies Ninja 650s a few weeks before and I did fine. Took the MSF course right away also. In general though, and the advice I give my sister and other friends, start out on something like a Ninja 250 or 500 depending on how well u trust urself. Thats my advice, MSF all the way though.
