Got pulled over!!!!

so it was about 4 o clock on my way to work on the 55 S freeway and as i approached the 22 freeway i guess there was a bike cop that was tailing me for a mile...couldnt see shit until i tried to make a lane change i saw the sirens and knew i was fucked...pulled me over asked me for my shit...by the way i have no fuckin liscense or insurance yet, was on the process of getting it done, but anyway, gave me a ticket for speeding and having no proof of insurance...what the hell is gonna happen to me when i have to appear on the court date??!? should i try to get everything before the court date??? any tips for me????:headscrat

better get on your knees boy...lol. jk. what ju get pulled over for? let me guess "speeding". i hope you had your permit and had a real good reason to where you were going. maybe the judge will reduce your penalties. good luck

not to sound like a dick but... i don't even feel sorry for you if you didn't have the proper documents it's situations like these that make cops pull over random bikes to check for stuff like this the less people that did this,the less cops would pull over random bikers

DOnt miss that court date....:headshake

I agree with all the people on here. Get your license and insurance NOW. And when in court they will most likely drop the charges against you. Friend of mine got arrested for operating a motor vehicle without proper validation (no endorsement). He got it taken cared of before the court and Judge dropped the charges.

like i said i was in the process of getting it FYI... just because your in the process of getting your endorcement doesn't mean you should just go ahead and ride on the fwy like you already have it... You are lucky he didn't tow your bike... I had to go pick up more then one bike because of people like you who got their bikes impounded for riding with out licenses

Ya man, first bike I ever bought was kinda unplanned and on the ride home with it I got pulled over for not having tags. no liscense, no ins, nothing. but I got it all taken care of the next day and took all my papers to court that friday and all I had to pay was a dismissal fee. so get your shiz NOW and hope your judge is as cool as mine was about the whole thing

In most places, driving without a license is grounds for having your license (or getting your license) suspended. Next time, don't ride unless your legal. That will save you all this trouble in the future.

That will save you all this trouble in the future. im located in orange, and i have to go to the santa ana court...for sure, definitely could have saved money and time...lesson learned
