Sac area riders..hwy50 to Tahoe on 9/8..

A couple of us are thinking about riding up to Tahoe on Saturday. Anyone else interested?

did you guys end up going? any pics/vids/ ?

OMG, the weather was perfect. I forgot my damn camera so we shot a couple of pics from the phone at Emerald Bay. I'm obviously not the one on the Kawi. daaaamn.... that looked like fun - i love that emerald bay loop - ive done driving to tahoe and around the lake (for work.... loved that job) like 20 times and i never get enough of that no shoulder road up high looking over the lake and the bay... lack of pics = great ride :)

That was the first time I have ever riddin' to Tahoe. It was incredible, can't wait to do it again.

I have a company party this weekend, but I'd be down next weekend...:D What say you, gixxer-1000? Tesh? Think Barney and Don would want to ride?

this weekend... iono, i'd love to go, but i'll have to see what goes on after tomorrow - i'll find out from barney (neighbor) if he'll ride (if he's not in la agian) and don's goin back to work (so iono know...)

This weekend is no good for me because I will be at Laguna Seca watching the race's.:bounce

damn that would be so much fun. ive been up 50 a couple times in a car for the winter but never on a bike. how are the road conditions and traffic.

dunno, never done the drive/ride...thinking it would be awesome!

The road is great. You hit a little bit of traffic at times but it's not to bad.
