Waiting my new Body set!

Okay so I finally decided to stop lagging and did something I have been wanting to do for a long time. At this past bike night @ Kaos Kustoms I decided to discuss with Patrick doing a paint job for me since I was there way before bike night started. He showed me some of his current projects as well a some of the projects he has done in the past. Gave me a tour of his painting booth and his work bench he does his airbrushing on. I have to say I was impressed and I do not impress easy. Then we got down to business and discussed price, Mind you he is not the cheapest person for custom paint jobs but I wasn't looking for a cheap half @ssed job ( I can rattle can my bike my self before I pay someone else to do it). If I am going to spend the money on a Custom paint job then I expect quality work. Of course like everyone else I want it for a reasonable price so I will be performing slave labor at his shop for 2 months hahaha no I am just kidding. The price he quoted me was very reasonable for the quality of work I have seen coming from him. Since I don't have a single creative bone in my body I decided after viewing some of his other works I would allow him full creative control of the paint job. (yes I know it’s a lot of trust, but the guy has a awesome pedigree/ resume so i said to hell with it, surprise me). Because I didn't want to be down while he completes my job I went ahead and found and purchased a full body set (fairings, fender, tank and even seat cowl) to give to him. Dropped it off the other day on my lunch time.. Patrick Shared a few of his ideals with me and I have to say I really liked them. Shouldn't look like anyone else’s "custom Paint" jobs I have ever seen which is great if you ask me. Im just super excited about all of this so excuse me if I sound like I sound like I am rambling! I can't wait till its all done then I will post up pictures for everyone to see

I don't want it to look like everyone elses "custom painted bike" so i asked for no skulls, no flames, NO PINK and just make it different. We discussed doing one sceme on one side of the bike then doing something completely different on the other side. I told him to go with that ideal and surprise me. From the samples i saw he uses mostly bold solid colors which is good for me cause i hate pastels and other "watered down" looking colors

yeah thanks for referring me to him...he's a legitimate guy and id take my bike over to him any day...the fact that he used to do work for troy lee designs says enough...im thinking about having him paint my helmet but fuck its a bit pricey but hey, someone who was from TLD it has to be quality work
