It's nice, but I don't like it, because that's the colours of Yamaha R1 - 2006/2007 GixxerChris 10-03-2007, 12:48 PM I'm glad I got my '06. I got it for $8k otd Aug. 2006. I still like the looks of the 06/07 over the 08. dzverko 10-03-2007, 01:01 PM I was kinda skeptic about picking up a K7 750 when i knew that the K8 is comming out...I went and picked it up anyway...now i can sleep soundly and ride my biek happy..the only thing i will miss on my bike is the dual headlights...oh well can live without it! Ironheart 10-03-2007, 01:01 PM "Adjustable on the fly engine mapping."
Well, now everyone's gonna go grab a 750 for their first bike. bmf 10-03-2007, 02:30 PM like the new exhaust :) rokketk5 10-03-2007, 02:35 PM the yellow and silver looks nasty. 04gixxer 10-03-2007, 02:57 PM 2 high 4 me and go up each yr gotta buy used save thousands splymale 10-03-2007, 03:18 PM If they had the 750 in the white/silver I would consider a trade. I like my blue/white better than the new one. That yellow/black 600 looks pretty sweet also but, again I can't trade my 750 for a 600. I love my 750 too much for that. bovinethecow 10-03-2007, 04:11 PM i havent liked the exhaust in 3 years.
come on suzuki! mike s 10-03-2007, 04:27 PM i really like the new 750 but i better start saving now RedRacer07 10-03-2007, 04:31 PM I could be wrong but isn't this about what the bikes cost in 06 and 07? My '07 was $8,398 out the door back in June. scott2t2 10-03-2007, 05:19 PM the prices are going vary from dealer to dealer, state to state. Don't freak out over MSRP. brire6 10-03-2007, 10:29 PM They are almost always on sale at some point especially towards the end of the year. Genki 10-03-2007, 11:32 PM Those prices are not what they cost last year. Those are msrp's for left over bikes from the past two years that are being sold now. This is nothing new so stop freaking out. McDaddy 10-04-2007, 01:51 AM The gixxers in USA are much cheaper then in Europe. Then we get most of the time 10% discount. A Gixxer 600 costs in Belgium above 10.000 Euro. And the Euro is a little bit higher than the $. :headshake Boss 10-04-2007, 04:48 AM If you pay MSRP...Your an Idiot!!!
Retail is for suckers, who dont know any better.
Personally, I would not buy one of the new 08's, I think the exhaust sucks, Lets see what happens in 2010 03pearl750 10-04-2007, 06:09 AM dont really like them. guess ill have my 600 till 2010 until i pick up a new one. racerfranz 10-06-2007, 07:38 AM I think they are sweet, but I just got my `06 750, so it will be a while... My last gixxer was a`93 750, before that an `89 1100. You've come a long way baby!! What a world of difference...My 750 made 133hp( M4,power commander,U4,all that crap) on the dyno, my `93 made 105 or so with california carbs, my 1100, ? I don't think we had dyno's back then, just the one's with teeth!!:funny: Fack, I went to Barber, on the 21st of last month, and that bike was the fastest best handling street bike ( sorry, my TZ250 handled better, but not by much!!) I've ever ridden!! In a couple of years, maybe I can get a new one, or a used `08!!:headscrat McDaddy 10-07-2007, 01:57 AM Sure was I would by the Gixxer 1000 in 2008, but the 600 and 750 is zo beautifull and now I don't know what to do. Now I'm driving a gixxer 750 k1 and don't think it's good to buy me again a 750. Gnborsi 10-07-2007, 01:59 AM The gixxers in USA are much cheaper then in Europe. I'm pretty sure a K7 or K8 750 is still a step up from a K1 750. I don't know, could be wrong. hundo24 10-07-2007, 07:29 AM We wont be seeing these 08's until Feb probably. The 1K and 600 for sure have to be out before Daytona to be able to race them but Suzuki is saying 2/08
Don ZgixxeR 10-08-2007, 07:31 AM The white 6 is sexay!!!! ZgixxeR 10-08-2007, 07:35 AM If you pay MSRP...Your an Idiot!!!

That's not the point, the point is that it keeps going up. Even if you don't pay retail the price is still jacked up every year now. I paid 9500$ otd for my '03 with extended warranty, helmet, gloves and jacket. They have changed a lot since then and the price shows it. madkatana 10-08-2007, 08:17 AM Well I messed up... I wanted to get another bike for the wifey and trade in my K6 katana 750 for a K7 GSXR600 red and white. I showed her the new pic of the K8 GSXR750 orange/black and now she only wants that bike...great...expensive... gsxrbb 10-08-2007, 11:44 AM Am I the only one that thinks they should bring back the white wheels on the blue/white bikes???
