In a situation like that it'd be hard though. Remember, he is comming from behind you. And you are speeding away. To Try and get behind him would be hard. And from what it says, I think there was a passenger? Anyways, If anything Zoom pretty far ahead and find a place to hide w/ the bike, wait till he drives by and catch up just enough to get the plate... then again situations like that are much scary-er in person.
