I sold the RR last week, buyin a gsxr 600 or 750 (probably the 750) I have pics of it, just no good ones, it was dropped twice, once was the kickstand sank into my dirt driveway (i forgot to put somethin under the kickstand that time) then it was dropped when i was pulled over by a cop, to much of an incline, put my helmet on the mirror and down she wwent...then my friend low-sided at about 15 mph...so she was pretty beat when i got rid of her lol

krum, now you've gone to far, makin fun of my future 750... (damn insurance companies, keep in me from my 750  ) shit bro, i feel ya on the insurace...my full coverage w/ progresive for 1 year was $867.00 down payment, and then 3 consecutive payments the following three months for $842.00...that's around $3,300.00 a year...thats almost half the cost of a new bike so i know what you mean. and thats 24 years old w/ a flawless driving record. but i paid it, when i renew on march 17th a few days after my 25th b-day it drops to $123.00 down and 3 payments of $67.00 and thats w/out the 10% discount for the safety course, so after being w/ them for one year they drop rates extremely low. the last thing we have to look forward to in life is at 25 and thats cheaper insurance..ain't that a bitch. anyways moto when are you planning on getting the 750? hope you have some good luck w/ the insurance company...later bro, KRUM :D

i'm just gonna get liability and maybe theft so it shouldn't be to bad. i'm not even sure about a 750 anyway, i know i want one but i'm thinkin i still have plenty to learn on a 600, but you can be sure that if i get another 600 it's gonna be hooked up this time :D

Hey man, real nice looking gixxer, that's almost exactly the same way I want mine to look, getting it over the winter so I'll have some time to pimp it out. Anyways I just wanted to say a couple things about the neons in one of those pics. The look good in there, but I think you can make them look even better. I have a blue Katana with green neons in the front and rear wheele-wells, which glows right on the rims and looks cool. I can't quite tell if you have them in the front wheele well or if it in by the engine more, but up there it makes the whole fron in there glow wicked cool. And on the back you didn't have any that I could see, but I mounted mine in there almost as low as I could without the bulb showing from the side. In the front I attached them to the little pieces that form the wheel well and put them on the sides there. I had tire flies, the little neon stem caps, but some kids stole them when I was in wal-mart yesterday, those made the rim really glow. Now I don't know what the lwas are in your state but here in mass it illegal to have blue light because they look like a cops, dumb but they can give you crap for it, anything other than blue should be fine, red can be iffy though. I have green everything on my blue bike and it looks sick. If you want to go a little further with colors they have halogen bulbs with xenon boost that come in green and a few other colors, they look great and shine better than stock.

IF YA GONNA GO....GO BIG!!!!!!! and i still gotta shell out about $700.00 for someone to airbrush a helmet to match the alstare, i swear it never ends....later bro, KRUM

Hey Josh, You got any pics of your bike w/ the lights? It sounds pretty cool, except I'm not so sure about the tire flies... I know www.plasmaglow.com is working on a complete lighting kit for bikes... yeah dude.. i do have a light on the back pointing at the shock which looks sick as hell but its not extremely bright.. i wanted to put lights showing on the rims but i couldnt find a place to mount them so i could hide the wires and not be able to see the bulb itself, i am probably going to redo the light system after xmas time when i have a little extra cash to polish the wheels so it will really set it off.. and i asked a cop about the lights and they said as long as they dont flash or shine more than 75 yards os somethin then i am good to go.. but when i know there are cops around i still dont shine them cause i dont want to get hassled.. do u have pics of ur bike? how much did you pay for it all?

I just went to try and take some pics but I can't figure out how to make it come out right at night, with the flash it looks like daytime but without it you can't see a thing. Stupid camera, have to figure it out. Anyways the neons are cheap, I got all four, two per wheel, for like 50 bucks with everything I needed at auto-zone, I think it's these http://www.streetglow.com/ I got the neon accent tubes and they mount real easy, I think they're the 15 inchers but they might be only 10. The headlight weren't bad, the xenon boost chow lights were just under $20 a bulb, so 40 bucks for those and I was all set. I'll try to get the camera set up better tomorrow night, if you have any night-time tips let me know.

i found the easiest and cleanest way to do it was w/ the directional led's...just drill a 1/8" hole and they maount anyware, and those wires are easy to hide...i also used them to do my rear passeger pegs, 6 per side as blinkers, came out pretty sweet, and a pack of 3 is $5.99 and it only takes 6 packs to make the whole bike glow. i also had them wired to the auxilary on the alarm so e-z on and e-z off. later bro's............KRUM

yeah i did the whole thing with LEDs that were bought offline, did all the wiring and everything myself and ended up paying about 25 bucks for the whole thing..
