I think I will do some nice riding this weekend in warm sunny san diego. I hope you have an earthquake, fall into a fault crack and have a gay parade land on top of you :twofinger It was 4 degrees out tonight and dry, I got out for 80 kms of up on one wheel action, getting colder by the minute right now. Yeah I wish I could get a job transfer down to the south, would even take a modest paycut in return for the riding weather/roads.

I don't want the salt on my bike either and there is sand and dirt all over the roads so it could get a little dangerous riding. I am north of taunton off Ritson road. If you ever go to the tims on king I have probably met you.

We normally just get a few guys together and head up to the 507 and elephant lake. There is also the bike nights on wednesday in whitby at the wing shack and in port perry at hagens. Thats all i really know about. I would like to hit the dragons tail some time this year tho.

I don't hit Tim's much, but did go to Wing shack quite a few times. We have probably seen each other, I am near Waverly and Rossland.

I Try not to go to tims that much, and it sounds like its a little out of your way. It can be a bit of a heat score sometimes anyway. I only had a chance to go to the wing shack once last year but i plan on getting out more this year. I did to to hagens a few times but its mostly crusers there. So ill just pass my time looking on ebay for bike parts till the nice weather is here again.

Tomorrow afternoon our weather in Little Rock is supposed to get up around 60 degrees and I'm taking my GSX-R out for a mid-winter spin. Its been a while and when I look at it setting there in the garage all lonely and everything I almost get a tear in my eye.

04StreetGSXR maybe you could just twist the knife a little! Its like fattcatt says with taking a fresh towl or maybe a spunge bath to her, a little dirty talk, some sexy new gear, and come spring she is looking like new and better then ever! This is another way to pass the time off season. Too Funny! http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=2949508997989707181

Those temps are just not human. and I thought it was cold here! I think it is a dry cold, much like Yellowknife, I lived there for 8 months. -40 there does not feel as cold as our -12 because our cold is also damp. Our hot humid summer is also crappy for the same reason. Also in that extreme cold, you do not even contemplate going out unless you are dressed for it. Us southerners, well me anyhow, go through the whole winter with a spring style winter jacket. In Yellowknife, I stayed until mid November, lived in a two room trailer with no heat or running water. Had to break a hole in the ice, fill up 5 gallon pail of water just to flush the toilet. And dark all the time, really depressing.
