My 05 Gsxr 750 got totalled

I rode my bike just about everyday, well i was riding in a little town called Lock Haven, Pa. Its near where i live. My buddy and i were coming down the one way street, and a lady pulled out from the stop sign right infront of me. I locked up all my brakes and hit her right in the front fender at her tire. Well it trew me over the handle bars about thirty yards down the road. My helmet hit first and strap stretched out. After the collision with the road my helmet somehow slipped up over my chin and flew off. I bassed my head off the road, it cracked the front of my skull, broke my nose, and chipped a few teeth. I am lucky to still be walking honestly. I miss my bike though. I have fully coverage on it. Heres the shitty part, the cops trying to say its my fault. Isn't that fucked up or what. I am going to fight it all and sue the lady for pain and suffering. Also I am sueing her for my damn bike, i loved that thing.

Cops can be assholes when sportbikes are involved, and she probably said he was hauling ass and they believe her. Sorry to hear about your bike man. Also know that the insurance should cover new gear for you too..

O trust me the bike is totalled, i would put pictures up of it, but i can't size them down and there to big for me to upload.

Yup, insurance covers gear and all if you have full coverage. My insurance paid for my helmet, jacket, gloves, and boots. Isn't still her fault if you had the right of way, wether you were speeding or what not?

o BTW what really sucks bout my buddies lil story was he had a VERY low number alstar with like 600 miles on it!!!

Yea i hit her right in the front fender and i had the right away so i am gonna fight any ticket it get. I plan on getting a good lawyer so that will help and i plan on sueing her ass for all this shit. She basically ruined my whole summer which sucks.

O and heres another good part, the cops says i never locked my breaks up, but I have 4 pictures of skid marks that are from my bike, and pictures of my front tire where i have a huge ass flat spot on it.

Well good news, today i got a letter from my lawyer. He highered a guy to do a accident recreation. Well the recreationist met with the officer and one of his fellow officers, and ask them questions and redone the accident. According to everything he figured out and with the cops statements, I was doing approximately 35 mph when i hit her. There are no skid marks so they can't prove i was doing any fast. Hahhaha thats awesome, because thats gonna help me out alot in my law suite against her.

you are lucky still to be around m8. After the collision with the road my helmet somehow slipped up over my chin and flew off either your helmet was too big in the first place or you had not tightened the strap properly. Either way you are lucky still to be able to tell us. keep it safe!

well i do have 4 pics of my skid marks, but the only one that knows that is my lawyer. So i am going to go with what the cop says and say there are none. Because in those words that he said to the recreationist he just fucked himself over trying to prove it was my fault. Thats the good thing about having a lawyer.
