I think I just picked up four quarts the other day for like $7 each. I'm n South East Kansas. I guess it just depends on your location? Or maybe it was just the dealership making it that price? (Brandy)

(Brandy) Not going to say that isn't possible, but if you got it from a Shop, it doesn't sound like they sold you MCF as that is under their cost and it retails for $9.25 You have to go by Product Code which is by the UPC Code on the back of the bottle. 10W-40 wouldn't mean much as We have 4 different 10W-40's Bob S ADG

MCF-QT is the code. I must get a good deal. Actually, he must get a good deal, because I know he isnt going to sell it to me for less than hes getting it for.

I don't know about you, but $7.29 sounds like more than $7.00 and you just said you got it from a Dealer... Not a Retailer.. His post makes it sound like he got it from a Shop... Also, there was just a price increase March 1st. Bob S ADG

But he is able to use the automotive 10W-40 if the Product Code is AMO.... Not as good as MCF, but useable. Bob S ADG
