You can do stand ups because you can adjust where the balance pointe is by shifting your weight back or foreward on the pegs and bars.... With sit downs, balance pointe is much higher and your limited with how much you can shift your weight.... Far less forgiving. Without using the rear brake to keep it in the bp sit downs are very difficult to hold. You also cant see in front of the bike while riding a BP sit down without looking around the side, so it throws your center of balance off. Skitchen.... I don't do it so I'm no help there.... Stoppies.... I just looped one on the freeway, so I'll let someone else that is better at them give advise. Good luck Vej

they arent the easiest thing to earn but once you get it it all comes...DONT DO STOP AND DROPS its a good way to drop your bike..40mph is perfect for learning just sqeuz the brake gently and load up the front forks and just keep sqeuzing harder and harder but dont just jam it youll lock the tire up and wash out...it might take alot of trys and a few sets of pads to bust nice ones but when you do they look so good...and rememeber if you get to high just let the brake go, and 9 times out of 10 your not as high as you think you are!!! happy stunting

oh and another little hint tap the rear brake while your in the air it prevents chain slap...it doesnt really matter but it just sounds bad

yeah, roll in at around 40-45 and collapse the forks, then once the braking force is going directly to the ground you want to grab about 80% brake. ALWAYS keep your arms locked, otherwise you start to stear and crap and it's not good, also scoot your ass foreward and grip the tank tight with your knees so you don't move around much. And don't look down, always stay looking foreward. You're never as high as you think you are, when I started I thought I was getting like 2 feet but I did one in front of my friend and he told me I wasn't even a foot up! Just keep working on them. Oh, and make sure your tire is good and warmed up so it doesn't wash out on you
