Yeah, Puma did a piss-poor job with that design, they are heavy, and are the size of ski boots. I don't imagine that line will be around for long.

I had SIDI boots before these. These are much more comfortable than anything else I've had. There is a lot of protection as well. -M

There is a lot of protection as well. -M I have the sidi Corsa Vertigo IIs and am in need of new boots as the Sidis keep catching on the inside of my heal guards How do the Puma compare? How heavy are they compared to the WSidi?

It seems most of the PUMA converts are coming over from the SIDI Corsa. The PUMA are not a light boot but it has a great deal of ankle protection as the inner liner total encloses the ankle ansd limits movement front to back and side to side...and they are much more comfortable as well. No hard points to bruise your foot. That was the biggest complaint that i heard from SIDI owners. -M
