Anyone in the CA Central Valley?

Planning on going riding this weekend around Mt. Diablo (Del Puerto Canyon Road and Mines Road). Anyone ride in this area?

hey, i'm in the central valley in fresno. what part are you from?? anyone else from around here??

I'm in Tracy, kinda near Stockton. (about 25 minutes away). Planning on riding this weekend to Highway 9, 84, and 35 if anyone's interested...some of the best roads in California.

just be carfull there are a lot of cops up there. i am doing my last day of the weekend work program on sat from a reckless driving tiket i got on 9. the speed limit is 30 and the cop said i was doing 65.

Thanks for the advice. I went last weekend though and I only saw 1 cop, he was on highway 1 though. Could I have possibly just went on a good day?

Yeah, that whole area is pretty much all residential except for the park itself. Neither of which is a good place to open it up.

So we went and rode hwy 9/84/35 yesterday and there were a couple cops here and there but overall it was an awesome ride! I love those roads, 84 got repaved not too long ago...it so nice!

Yep sure did,its in the ca vehicle code.Something about no blue or red tinting etc,etc.I went to court and judge threw it out after i explained that on my bike its not a windshield but a windscreen.CHP that gave me that one was a real fucktard.
