Heres a little bit better description of whats been done to the bike along with the story of how it came to be over the last 6 months. Thanks again to everyone that checked it out and voted. . .
I picked this bike up in late November of last year to use as parts for another bike I’m building. My first intentions were to swap some things over and use what I could and then part it out once I was done. After driving it home though I like how it rode and decided to clean it up and use it as a winter project at the house while the other was in the shop. I tore it down and found a bigger project that I first intended to start. Everything had to be repolished, anything that was chrome needed to be replaced or blasted and redone, the tires were shot, and a lot of little gremlins to work out, along with every single plastic having some kind of scratch or crack in it.
I took it to MirrorLook Refinishing where my 600 is being built to have the polish done, the clutch installed along with some other small projects and it came out looking like glass, better than I ever expected it to look again when I dropped it off. Put a custom painted set of fairings I had from another bike on it and then I went fishing for the rest of the parts on ebay, here and craigslist. From start to finish it took me 6 months to rebuild and now it rides like a brand new bike and looks a hundred times better. Take a look at the progress in the bike pics section of here in my rebuild thread and you will see what I’m talking about.

This is one of the nicest bikes that I've seen. I would love to see it in person. I live in Mt. Greenwood and work by Midway. My buddy lives in bridgeview gardens by 71st and roberts road. If your ever out and about let me know, we'll cruise by and take a look. Congrats on the botm. Well deserved.
just curious royalpane, werent you trying to sell the plastics at one point? are you still trying to sell them? i was just curious, because i was going to have my painter basically mimic the design for your bike, if they werent still up for grabs.
