I think with the right stuff he should win. that was very excessive. also the part about the biker rear ending the cop to get away, that is just ridicoulous. Lyte- 07-02-2005, 04:59 PM hell yah glad its not just me! dannygsxr1000 07-02-2005, 11:35 PM that sucks bigjimbo 07-03-2005, 01:40 AM I dont know about cali but in FL its againt policy to take those actions against someone who has not a wanted murderer, kidnapping ect... I would take the f-er to court.
No witnesses on a cali highway????hard to believe no one else stopped Lyte- 07-03-2005, 08:22 AM haha this is cali where people sue their own mothers... of course that is against policy.... why do you think we have so many police chases on the fwy??? if they can't ram cars at fwy speed you think they are allowed to ram motorcycles???
thats why the cop said that he rear ended him.. not that he tried to hit him usdm420 07-03-2005, 12:43 PM just another story that makes me decide to run everytime...i'm not going to deal with some fucker's bullshit anymore...i've had too many cops tell "stories" in court and they get away with it every time. Lyte- 07-03-2005, 02:22 PM hahahah i duno if i would ever run.. there would be no reason usdm420 07-05-2005, 06:00 PM HAHAHAHHAHAHHA and who gets pulled over today???

supposedly there was a yellow 750 stolen last night and i was the dumbass who was riding it around town "flossin" in my work getup...slacks/shirt/tie..what a moron
he followed me about 3-4 miles while i observed each and EVERY law, just waiting for the lights to go on so i could bolt....welp, this asshole follows me to my driveway and turns the lights on when i park?!?!?!?!?!?
runs the VIN#, runs my license (which i have none)......and lets me go after saying "get your tickets taken care of"
yeah whatever buddy...stop pulling me over for retarded shit and i wont have anymore tickets....man he's lucky i didn't make him look like a dumbass split traffic @ 80mph..i was in my neighborhood and would've hit the freeway in no time flat.. zombieman 07-05-2005, 07:23 PM HAHAHAHHAHAHHA and who gets pulled over today???

So you think a person on a stolen bike will have a sign saying "im on a stolen bike"? What is a criminal suppose to look like, if you dont mind me asking. Maybe your experience with what a motorcycle thief is suppose to look like can help the auto-theft unit. What if it were your bike that was stolen? You would prolly be wanting the cop to stop every single bike out there that looked like yours. This just boils down to your ignorance of law-enforcement. seasoned officers know that criminals can look like anyone. And yes, when you start pulling into your driveway would be the perfect time to 'light you up". Why not praise the officers for not writing you a ticket for no DL, or NOT taking you to jail for your warrants. But you want to slam on him for looking for a fellow riders bike?????? And you think its "retarded shit", the officer looking for a stolen bike? Never seizes to amaze me! Lyte- 07-05-2005, 09:10 PM yah sean stop whinning at least you where not handcuffed and thrown in the back of the cop car (when you where not driving mind you) and accused of street racing while you where in a parked car on the side of the road..... Or better yet at least you where not hit purposely on the fwy because the cop felt you where trying to run.. then woke up to the cop smashing your face into the cement handcuffing you......
which leads me to a question after the guy was hit you think the cop was stupid enough to pull off his helmet? if it was that kid could have suffered some serious head injury zombieman 07-06-2005, 01:36 AM Never seizes to amaze me!
I know.... it was racism wasnt it lyte. You can bouce around what I said all day long. I never would of expected someone like you to be educated enough to make a logical, educated or halfway civilized response. A cops doing his job (in usdm 420's reponse) and seems totally professional the way hes doing it, and of course your going to turn it into a negative. Honestly, with the attitude you have, I can see why you were treated the way you claim you were. Bottom line, if you ever get your bike stolen dont call the police. Because they might pull the wrong bike over while there looking for yours, and we wouldnt want that to happen, hu... :laughingr :laughingr :laughingr Lyte- 07-06-2005, 08:33 AM I know.... it was racism wasnt it lyte. Zombie you should know I am educated enough not to make ignorent remarks... I was totally being sarcastic towards USDM because of the fact that he does lack any sort of license he was lucky not to be going to jail.
And the particular event I was talking about did happened because I was being profiled and not because of racism but because of the type of car I was in (which was not a car at all but a toyota tacoma truck) and how old I looked (not how old I was). San diego cops decided one night they where going to crack down on the illegal street racing in the area.... My friend and I how ever were on our way to a friends house and we were lost which is why we pulled over to call for directions... How ever when the cop pulled up behind us (and yes we where already parked) he already had an attitude ordering my friend out of the truck with his gun drawn. Still at that point I understood since it was not a well lit street what the officer was doing was not to out of the ordinary I kept my hands out in plain view so he could see as well.... Long story short the cop was being an asshole and a jerk and simply accused my friend of drag racing because he had "racing pedels" on his truck. His actions and words were totally un called for and he over stepped his job. And I filed a formal complaint against him (not his partner because she was very professional and treated us with respect which we of course in turn gave to her)
I don't care if you work at a burger joint a jerk is a jerk regardless of what their job is.
I have never unprovoked been rude or disrespectfull to a police officer. I was not raised to be rude or disrespectfull to anyone older then me or any authority figure. I was raised in a pretty strict military type household. Not to mention my aunt works for the houston police department and would kick my ass if I ever disrespected a police officer for doing his job. How ever my aunt also told me there will always be the bad apples you just have to weed them out so they don't infect the others.....
Even if a police officer is giving me a ticket which I don't believe I deserve that gives me no right to be disrespectfull, how ever if a police officer approaches me wrong (ie yelling screaming pulling guns out on me, cuffing me, throwing me in the back of the police car with no explaination then they whole situation goes very badly downhill from there (and I quote my self from ht site) I will be a cops worse nightmare if treated unjustly because I am an educated black (yah so what if I am only 1/2) female and I will not back down when threatened.
I just wanted to clear that up.... skibum91 07-06-2005, 09:03 AM So you think a person on a stolen bike will have a sign saying "im on a stolen bike"? Actually his bike had been stolen and recovered because the dumbasses left it on the side of the road when it ran out of gas. Dstrbd GSXR 07-06-2005, 09:54 AM And so the battle begins... Lyte- 07-06-2005, 10:04 AM How ever the fact of the matter still remains that the chp was completely and totally wrong for raming a motorcycle on the fwy. Regardless if he was trying to run or not!
But to not only hit a motorcyclist and then to slam his face into the hot pavement (and trust me it would have been nice and toasty up there on the 210 fwy) and then hand cuff you rather then check for injury?
Then to not even fill out a police report about an incident in which you felt a motorcycle was running from you and warrented you raming him with your motorcycle?
Smells fishy to me skibum91 07-06-2005, 10:47 AM Smells fishy to me

1st off, for us "ignorant" folks, the word is CEASES
well i do find it funny that my bike was stolen and gone for a month and the fuckers riding it NEVER got pulled over, and they racked up over 500 miles......yet I do???? hmmmmmm, oh well
i DONT expect a bike theif to ride around in matching suzuki gear and slacks of all clothes...what do they do, steal bikes during the night, and hit the office come day? :headscrat
and to tell you the truth, i dont think he could've written me up for anything because i did NOTHING wrong while on the road...this was a stop for POSSIBLE theft and it wasn't stolen so he HAD to let me go.
and i was polite the whole time....he was STILL trying to be a dick here n there
"where's your vin plate if its not stolen?"
me-"its on the frame near the forks"
"NO its not!"
me-"its on the OTHER side"
"oh"
"Where's your paperwork for it?"
me-"gone ever since theft"
"thats a lame excuse"
 like he's a lame excuse for a cop....i was laughing too cuz he was a k-9 unit and he had dog hair all over his ass
and i love when people comment on cali cops but have no idea how they are. i also love how after he KNOWS the bike isn't stolen, he then continues to run checks on ME......like i did something to warrant a background check :2hard Lyte- 07-06-2005, 12:04 PM Fishy does smell doesn't he? :laughingr

Been being cussed out by me... You know my short temper... Hahahahaaaa
But he been trolling on the site here posting here and there plus I finally got around to fixing his computer and my sisters computers.. They are not allowed to touch mine since I mainly use it for work and school I can't afford it to be down... Lyte- 07-06-2005, 12:12 PM Hahaha not to mention you have that whole missing ignition......
But yes cali cops are a special bred of cops... Because they have so much to deal with 95% of them are complete assholes and jerks....
I mean you will rarely find someone in california with a positive cop/ Police experience. Not because every one in cali is against cops but seriously if you only have bad experiences with cops then people tend to come to their own conclusions and make their own judgements....
And the nice and pleasant cops are the exceptions and not the rule sadly JFM GSXR 750 07-06-2005, 12:33 PM I know.... it was racism wasnt it lyte. You can bouce around what I said all day long. Obviously Officer Zombieman has never heard heard of racial profiling. WE people of color are often victims of this professional law enforcement practice. My brother is a correction officer (Goldwing rider) and my father-in-law is a deputy commission. I was once pulled over while driving my 300E (Benz) with nice gold rims on it. For no apparant reason other than a minority driving an expensive car. I kick myself for not filing charges, I was late for a dinner appointment............ :2hard I was pissed the rest of the evening. :thefinger :headshake We all can have a bad day on the job..... zombieman 07-06-2005, 01:38 PM Obviously Officer Zombieman has never heard heard of racial profiling. I've heard it a million times myself. Thats why i simply brush it off when I hear it. Thats what happens when you constantly use that as an excuse. Actually one day at work when working a perticular red light I heard "this aint nothing but racism" three times in a few hours. Ya, your right it has nothing to do with you just blowing the shit outa that light back there. Not to mention that it was dark outside and I had no idea who I was pulling over, I just knew I was about to write a ticket. I've always been very lineate on what I write for. I want even mess with a stop sign ticket unless you roll threw it at 20+ mph. If it is in question at allllllll I will not even make the traffic stop. I even give 10- feet from the stop bar for running redlights. Dont get me wrong, I do know some officers that write questionable tickets but I by far am not one of them. But yet of course I will still get the "racism" card played all the time. You know there are some black officers out there. Funny you never hear of a white person claiming racial profiling. It just makes me sick for a minority to throw that in an officers face when they know good and well that they were in violation of the law. I know there are some officers that racial profile, and they should be delt with. One bad apple ruins the whole batch i guess. Lyte- 07-06-2005, 04:57 PM I've heard it a million times myself. I don't like people playing the race card either(i personally want to kick Jessie Jacksons ass every time i hear him in the news stiring up problems) How ever you do have to realize that it was your fore fathers who made the bed that you now have to lay in.
Although I have thought of my self only being racially profile on very few occasions. Due to the fact that I am rather light skinned I typically get mistaken for some latin race rather then being black....
Although it has been proven many times that there are not only corupt cops in cali but whole divisions (least we forget about the rampart division who is once again in the spot light) so there is some weight behind our complaints you do realize... Lyte- 07-06-2005, 05:10 PM I also noticed that you are from Alabama...
I don't want to say all people in Alabama are racist but lets look at your states civil rights records? Not really known as one of the most black friendly states... Hell even in 2005 I am afraid to go to Alabama... With my mouth i am libel to get my ass lynched
So im sure it is very feasible that those blacks who still live down there feel that they are targeted. And since this is America they have every right to feel that way. They also have every right to vocalize that just has you have your right to vocalize your opinion...
Trust me people who have never been profiled simply because of the color or their skin, their religion (Muslims these days) or any other trivial reason will never truly understand where the rest of us are coming from. You will not be able to understand why people get so angry about it… Lyte- 07-06-2005, 07:00 PM Oh and i did for get to mention that in cali police profiling is not strictly based on the color of your skin.... don't trust me? ask USDM he is about a white as can be! usdm420 07-06-2005, 07:02 PM funny thing is, i'm white...........i'm not playing a race card...i get pulled over 3x's as much as my black friends actually..
i'm just pissed off cuz its ALWAYS over some dumb shit...ALWAYS....i've never been pulled over for something warranted..NEVER
its always something like "your license plate light is at 70%" - no fucking joke, he said that shit to me with a straight face too
"your car matches the description of one used in a robbery" - bullshit, it was because there were 4 of us driving home from a party @ 3am
"you have blue headlights" - no fuckface, those are HID's and are LEGAL bitch
etc etc etc
its plain bullshit and i'm tired of it....do you understand that? i'm tired of it. i always end up sitting on a curb for an hour of my life and let go with some dumb, bullshit lecture like i did something wrong....fuck cops, period. :2hard zombieman 07-06-2005, 07:30 PM I can feel the love..... :bounce bigjimbo 07-06-2005, 08:27 PM White's are becoming a minority...I cant wait until i can use that to cause a scene!!
since i have freckles, can i use the excuse its cuz i got spots isnt it...your a racist toward people with freckles....typical cop!!
420 -- Im not sure about Cali, but in FL, if an officer pulls you over for any reason he has to run a check to make sure you dont have any warrants, possible murder suspect, kidnapper ect...
Dont take it so personally, just remember how pissed you were when your bike got stolen and they didnt find it... Im sure atleast one biker in the same situation got stopped. Lyte- 07-06-2005, 09:11 PM Unfortuntly out here in cali we have far to many officers who abuse their authority regularly its not even some times any more out here... Its all the time... Hell not only do the people in compton have to worry about the gangs doing drive by's on the street but they also have to worry about the cops shooting up the neighborhood. Hell every time you get pulled over in la county you have to worry if the cop is going to snatch you out the car or shoot you... Even I get scared depending on where I am when I get stopped.
Although I do have to mention I have not really have any negative experiences from cops/ sherrifs in orange county. Even the cop that took james license away a while back was very respectfull and pleasant even thought the situation was not. He allowed me to take the car home and not tow it (which he had ever right to tow the car) usdm420 07-06-2005, 09:43 PM i guess i'm pissed cuz they could tow it at any time....and if i'm riding responsibly and obiding to the law, sont fuck with me....i'm going about my business. JFM GSXR 750 07-07-2005, 07:17 AM The funny thing is the white cops in Harlem (New York City) never messed with me or my friends :headscrat . It was not until I moved to the suburbs that I experienced the profiling. :hmmm: It was never one car but several cars with their lights flashing and sirens blasting. :headshake I am always nice and respectful and curtious. No matter how pissed I am............they want you to act the fool so they have an excuse to whip your ass and lock you up!!! :infrandom As they say kill them with kindness :fu: ........ Yo Zombieman, if I ever get pulled over in Alabama, I will say Zombieman is my boy!!! We RIDE together!!! :bounce Lyte- 07-07-2005, 05:49 PM hahaha zombieman 07-07-2005, 06:30 PM lol, trust me outa the 30 or so guys I ride with, my name has been tossed around a good bit. Most of them have actually been pulled over by my brother, who works in the next city over from me. He tells me about his contact with bikers all the time. Alot of them notice his last name and initiate thu "hey are you troys brother".....then so on and so on..... lshybrid195 07-07-2005, 08:14 PM Fishy does smell doesn't he? :laughingr
