i read somewhere the oil and stuff to use for breaking in a bike but now i cant find the damn thing, and ive looked for like 2 hours....can someone tell me wut oil to run in an k6 600....if i remeber right something to do with a certain type of oil doesnt collect the metal flakes as well as the other............any advice at all would be great!

The oil that needs to be there for running in the engine, up to the 600 mile service mark, is already in there.
Past that, you don't need or want to use a special break-in oil. That said, and there will be some people that will disagree with me on this, it is generally advisable to wait a few thousand miles before switching to a synthetic oil, if you plan to use it.

It's posted in your owner's and/or service model, and it may vary with outside temperature. For most years, 10W40 is the best all-around weight. It needs to be either motorcycle specific, or of a grade without friction reducing additives.
If you want oil opinions, do a search and you will get millions of them. Thousands anyway.

The most available oil would be Castrol 4T 10W40. Get it at any parts store. Or any non-energy conserving, conventional oil brand of your choice.
