New florida rider

Just joined the forum, I live in central florida. and also who all is going to the race in daytona in OCT? I went last year and it was sweet.

I live in rockledge, next to merritt island and melbourne. some times we will hit up orlando for a ride. if anything gets planed, let me know and I'll get some of my friends to join.

I moved to central Florida (Cocoa area) 2 weeks ago and my bike should be getting down here in the next couple of days. None of my friends ride out here. Any common spots in the merritt island cocoa beach area?

I just moved back to FL i now live in clermont, and i was wondering if the bike night at O'town is any good. I was also looking for some good riding near by.

I was also looking for some good riding near by.If you live in Clermont, then you live in the best riding spot in Florida. Everywhere else is flat, has no turns and full of traffic. Bike nights come and go around here, the only one that has been constant is at Old Town (Kissimmee) on Thursday nights...mostly stretched and dropped Busa's. Best place to meet up with peeps is on Wed/Thursday night at the 7-11 in downtown Orlando.:thumbup:

Fridays at hooters in merritt island is a good meet, but most of the people just drink and really no riding. thats why I stoped going to that meet. weds in melbourne at hurricane is another bike night, they go ride every once and a while, but I dont go to that one either. Its just my friends and I that go riding, so if you wanna meet up some time, just send me a message.

I like the roads here and there arnt that many cops on the back roads. witch 7 11 is that, i dont really know my way around here yet.

I thought there was a bike night in Lake Mary on Wednesday or Thursday nights @ Gator's:headscrat Or maybe that died out too:lol: If you want to ride over to Smoky Bones on Thursday nights in Cassellberry they have one, I don't know how much longer it will last though...cuz it was sucking ass last week. If you don't mind riding too far you can always go to Tightracks on Thursday nights, they have a ton of bikes. Its on OBT past the Florida Mall, nice ride from where you are.:thumbup:
