Changing over... little help

Hello, Ive been searching but still cant find a answer. i have a 03 gsxr 1000 with about 12k on here. Ive been using suzuki dino oil and i want to change to a synthetic blend or a syntec like shell or mobil1 or amsoil. Would u even recommened a change since i been using dino for so long. And if so what brand of oil would u recommened. THANKS
