what can i do to flush the engine oil out so my oil stays clean:shifty

I guess if you REALLY wanted to, but why bother? Just change it. It'd be impractical to try and get every last ounce of dirty oil out of there every time.

engine flushes usually cause more problems then they are worth. just change the oil more often if it concerns you. whats you oil change interval now?

Just because oil looks dirty doesn't mean it isn't doing it's job. If it looked clean, that would mean it isn't holding all of the blowby deposits in suspension like it's supposed to. A good quality oil will look like crap after a couple hundred miles. Just change the oil at the manufacturer's recommended intervals and you will be fine. As stated, engine flushes are a waste of time unless you're returning an old, gunked up engine back to service after it's sat for years. Actually, engine flushes are bad for your engine because engine flush solvent has no lubricating properties.
