First Year

What is the history of the GSXR I like it would be cool to restore a first year. Any idea where you could find one and can you still get parts for them.

i love gsxr too but to find a collectable like that bone stock and still running,,,,,,,,,,,cha ching, cash money. cycle trader.com and ebay usually have one floating around in 1986 750 form the original 1985 from canada and abroad never seen , and the 1987 1100's are all in the drag racing grave probably , just guessin' though have fun lookin though oh yeah cycle salvage shops across america have warehouses full of these parts but to find a salvage shop with someone who knows the inventory and better yet where in the house is it , lol
