My first track day at NESBA

this SEPT 4th will be my first track day,,beginner at Pocomo. hey any advise for my first time? what to expect? I have to tape my lights,,any ideas in what type of tape to use? I dont want to screw my lences! GSZR750 2005 ralphie

first off you might want to check the date of your trackday... july 4th was a month and 1/2 ago. i used to put that blue painters tape on the lenses and then cover that with duct tape. the blue tape has less glue on it than regular duct tape but dosnt hold up real well at speed. also make sure that you either unplug the lights or pull the fuses otherwise you will cook the tape on making it harder to get off.

just relax, it is a daunting thing at first. but stay cool. remember most of beginner accidents happen because people panic. not because of the speed they are going.

Ride at your level. Don't feel like you have to be the fasted out there. Just enjoy.
