gsxr750 1/4 mile times

im sure this has been covered before but what times have you guys recorded for the 750s (stock and modded) and how much slower then the 1000 would the 750 be

they are alot slower. my 02 750 lowered, k&n, full akrapovic best is 10.19 in the 1/4. I weigh 159 in street clothes. my 02 1000 no filter, micron slip on slightly stretched, best is 9.30. both have bone stock motors. forgot to mention both are 1 down in the front

148....where did the extra 30 hp come from....now you need a 1.30-1.40 60ft....not from a stock 2002...

We have an 05 Busa completely stock...lowered and -1 in the front that went 9.9 at 142mph.... and i know that busa will pull that 02 1k.....

ive outran so many busa's is getting old,,,even when the bike was stock i could pull away...you must be racing some heavy riders......i ran a 2005 busa with pc pipe,,rider was 180 im 165,,,,i had him buy 8-10 bike going in 5th gear...he sold the bike the next week,,poor guy,,your next,,,where are you....... :D

i went 9.79 on my buddies stock 02 1000....on an 03 750 i could only do 10.63....my STOCK 01 600 went a 10.58!!!! stock everything on that one.....

ive seen busa's around here run 8.8's on a 40 shot of spray..... isnt the busa like 100 pounds heavier than a 1000? so like power to weight i wouldnt doubt what the guy claims in the first page...... i think a 1000 could do 9.3 but just not from a stock motor

Last year I ran my friends 03 600 in a points series. Its stretched 5 inches, lowered -1 +2 on the gear with a yoshi bolt on, other then that Bone stock. My best was a 10.49 @128 but gsxrace01 doesnt belive anything I say either.

Are we really going to go into this again? I told you what has been done to bike that I know of. My friends 600, Illargue all day, I was there when it was unloaded out of the truck. I did everything ever did to it thats been dont to it. I wont call myself a bad ass rider but I made many, many pass's on that 600. Im not going to go back and forth with you on this. Its annoying, I know what Ive did, come to my track and watchme ride and call me a liar. Ill be more then happy to climb back on the 600 and make a pass for ya. as far as the motor its only had the plugs and clutches changed. From looking around it seems you hate on everyone thats fast or got good mph out of there bikes. Hell man, come to muncie and Ill give you some pointers, and maybe when your fast youll leave people alone that have spent the time, money and effort to learn how to ride and get down the fucking drag strip. What kinda of times do you run?

when you went 148 on that tuned up 1k,,did you think it was because you could rider better then everyone else,,while everyone else is struggling to go 140-143...maybe that's what got you thinking you were so damn good,,you've got an 2002 1k making 20 more horsepower then a stock 1000...thats why it will go 148,,not becuse your a great rider......have you ever been to any other drag strip's??let's hook up at tulsa this spring,,will see who can ride.......

Look man, Ill tell you the same thing I told gsxrace01. That was the only mods I know of. This argurment was months ago. And you must not have read the whole thread. Im dont argueing with him over it and Im not argueing with you over it. If you read the whole thread youd no I dont give a fuck whats done to my bike, I never said it was completely stock, I said stock except for Micron and remmaped, the only mods I know of. actully i have a question since you all seen to know what your talking about i have a 02 1000 how much gain do i get by having a pc tre and full hindel exaust its on there now and it was when i got it so i dont know the diffrence in power ive never ridden one bone dry stock

lol, im slow, first day at the track 03 gsxr750 w/yoshi slip on, stock height/length, i ran 11.51 @126mph for my best run, lol my 60ft was 2.2 sec, i gotta practice launching...heheh
