solitario11 09-24-2005, 06:59 PM One week for my second track day with NESBA oct 1st at pocono..cant wait! I am hoping I dont over ride thinking that I am all that! I been practicing hanging off and is unbelieval how much more spped I can carry thru a turn, my problem is that I been hanging off when there is no need to and I over steer. I HATE WHEN THAT HAPPEN!!! I hang off early in fear of going too fast but if I let happen naturally I should be ok...any comment welcome as long as you dont disagree with me! Just kidding!

JFM GSXR 750 10-03-2005, 07:20 AM SO how was it? We had beautiful weather this weekend..............details........
solitario11 10-03-2005, 06:12 PM I had a great time! I need to to this bike justice! at one point one of the control riders took me on tow and had me follow his lines WOWWWW what a different, I was going 10 to 20 mph faster without any of the drama! B4 I was just concern with leaning and hanging but I see that the right line thruw a turn is even more important! I learn that if you want to pass, following close is wrong ( unless you can totally over power out of turn, like my son inlaw Busa) but stay back and have more speed comong out of the turn then him...so many things to learn,,DAMM I AM HOOK! Pics to follow!

JFM GSXR 750 10-04-2005, 07:52 AM Damn, I wanna do a track day. Next season I hope to do one with ya! I have too get full leathers. How did you get your bike there? I guess I will
have to get a friend with a pick-up. :hmmm: :headscrat I have noticed that if you set the turn up correctly you get thru it with more speed. But sometimes I don't just to lean the bike over more. But that is dangerous on an un-familiar road. After all these years of riding, I am still learning new stuff!!!
